These proven products are now increasingly available in stainless steel designs.”

Extremely compact miniature cam followers with a shaft diameter from 2.5 mm for an outer diameter of 5 mm are a new addition. Inner rings are now also available for shaft diameters from 5 mm to 50 mm. Heavy-section needle-roller bearings from the NA, RNA, NK and NKI series and yoke type track rollers from the NATR, STO, RSTO and STO-ZZ series are also available in stainless steel designs. Our product range still includes stainless steel cam followers with shaft diameters of 3-30 mm for outer diameters of 10-90 mm that are not least characterized by their flexible relubrication options. They can be relubricated via a lubrication hole in the shank, from behind through the shank, or from the front through the hexagon socket.

The stainless steel roller bearings are all made of highly hardenable martensitic SUS440C or AISI440C. This material has high dimensional stability up to 200 °C and delivers a convincing performance as a high-temperature bearing with the highest level of smoothness and precision. “When combined with the right grease, JNS’s stainless steel bearings are truly miraculous all around,” emphasizes Klaus Findling. “Which greases are used depends on the respective application.” For example, we offer greases for high-temperature and high vacuum applications as well as FDA-approved products for the food industry. For use in freezers and cool storage warehouses, a grease with operating temperatures of -50° is available.
