Deep groove ball bearings with "electric motor quality" – this is how many providers market their products. Upon closer inspection, the term does not actually mean much since there are no precisely formulated, cross-manufacturer criteria for it. The comprehensive features of Findling Wälzlager’s Xspeed deep-groove ball bearing illustrate which properties are actually important and that a "noise test" is not enough.

ZKL’s spherical roller bearings impress with their high reliability, even in heavy-duty applications, such as in the mining industry. The bearings consist of single-piece inner and outer rings as well as cage-guided barrel rollers. The inner rings are equipped with either cylindrical or tapered bores.

High-speed applications require the tightest tolerances, minimal quantities of lubrication, low frictional torque, and high-purity roller bearing greases. In addition to the load caused by high speeds, the resulting increased heat development should also be taken into account. True running accuracy also plays a role with regard to a bearing’s service life. The Xspeed bearing equipment components were tailored specifically to this performance segment.

Housing bearings for heavy-duty applications are now also available as part of the Findling’s special Xforce product range. They can also handle high loads and rough ambient conditions and are therefore optimally suited for use in conveyor systems, construction machinery, plant construction, agriculture or classic heavy engineering, for example.

Extremely hot or particularly cold: Not a problem for the latest addition to Findling’s ABEG® eXtreme series. The Xtemp bearings, which will be available soon, are adapted to extreme operating conditions, particularly when it comes to the factors of materials, lubrication, and sealing.

The use of inner rings ground without twisting, for example in conjunction with radial shaft seals, comes with a series of advantages: Among other things, this makes it possible to prevent lubricants from leaking and increases the service life of the sealing lips. Findling now also offers these components in two performance classes. A high degree of automation during production also allows large-scale production to benefit from attractive conditions and a maximum level of efficiency as well…

Findling Wälzlager GmbH now offers manufacturers of conveyor systems, guide units, and cam mechanisms hexagonal cam followers with integrated grease nipples. With dynamic loads of 410 N to just under 63 kN (static: 335 N to 144kN), they represent the peak of what is currently feasible.

For roller bearing applications with special requirements under extreme operating conditions, there are now products that were previously not available in this form: efficient, long-lasting, and simultaneously economical and available on short notice.

The long-lasting Xspeed deep groove ball bearings for high-speed applications enable longer service lives, thanks among other things to the bearing’s significantly reduced intrinsic heating.
