This is because the complex production of this type of rolling bearing not only requires high-end machine tools that enable the tightest tolerances, but also seamless quality control and a correspondingly high degree of digitalisation in production.
 

The solution: These technologies are now available worldwide, so that in addition to the core markets for rolling bearing technology such as Japan and Europe, another strong market has emerged in Asia. With the addition of ABEG brand spindle bearings to the range, Findling Wälzlager is also expanding its ABEG®-eXteme portfolio and bringing together all ultra-precision rolling bearing products in its portfolio under the brand name Xprecise. Xprecise stands for a new group in the special ABEG®-eXtreme range, which focuses on the factors of running accuracy and manufacturing precision. The P4S, P2 and P4S-K5 precision classes are assigned to the Xprecise segment, while the P4 and P5 classes can be found in the standard range of ABEG Premium and Supra performance classes. This provides customers with a simple basis for orientation and allows them to make their selection according to the application requirements.
