Particularly long-lasting, high-performance roller bearings for very specific operating conditions are now available in the ABEG® eXtreme series. For this purpose, proven ABEG® bearing technology was optimized and equipped with special combinations of lubrication and seals as design elements.
To create alternatives to expensive standard premium products or special solutions with long delivery times, the development also focused on the best possible purchasing and delivery conditions. This is why products in the ABEG® eXtreme series provide ideal solutions that have never been available before now: high-performance, long-lasting and inexpensive, as well as available at short notice.
ABEG® eXtreme series
Findling Wälzlager’s special product range is divided into four series: Xforce, Xspeed, Xtemp, and Xclean. This allows different requirements to be met with respect to operating conditions. Xforce bearings are solutions for high loads at low rotation speeds in which there are unfavorable tribological conditions and lubrication film build-up cannot reliably occur with standard solutions. During the development of the Xspeed series, on the other hand, high speeds and energy efficiency were the focus. The Xtemp series ensures temperature stability in excessively hot or cold conditions. The Xclean series provides robust bearing technology for corrosive ambient conditions as well as special designs for clean room applications. The Xprecise series represents a new group in the ABEG eXtreme speciality range, which focuses on running accuracy and manufacturing precision.
