Vibration bearings for power transmission technology subject to heavy use

For applications with severe operating conditions, such as in vibration systems, and belts, vibrating screens, shaking stations, reversing systems or traction machines, Findling Wälzlager offers high-performance spherical roller bearings as vibration bearings in the Supra ABEG® performance class with symmetrical barrel rollers and higher load carrying capacity values.
Double-row radial spherical roller bearings are available in an MH design with a solid, one-piece brass cage and in an M design with a solid, two-piece brass cage. Both cages are guided on the outer ring. The standard bearings have a lubrication groove and three lubrication holes on the outer ring. They are characterized by increased radial play in the C4 range and are available in two hole variants. Bearings with a cylindrical hole have tighter hole and outer diameter tolerances. Bearings with a tapered hole (K) only have a tighter outer diameter tolerance. The features mentioned above are not specified on the bearing but summarized under the VA405 label. The E design is equipped with symmetrical barrel rollers and has high load carrying capacity values. Findling Wälzlager currently offers 19 sizes with holes of 50 to 180 millimeters. Depending on the lubricant, the speed limit values are between 3,300 and 890 rpm (grease) and between 4,000 and 1,100 (oil). Compared to Premium products, users can achieve economic advantages with Supra bearings while maintaining the same technical suitability. Read more in the attached PDF file.
