What types of radial bearings are there?

- In radial deep groove ball bearings, the balls run in deep grooves in the outer and inner rings. The radius of the grooves is only slightly larger than the ball radius. Radial deep groove ball bearings are available open or sealed. They are particularly versatile, insensitive in operation, maintenance-friendly, and very economical.
- Radial spherical roller bearings have high dimensional stability, accommodate high radial and medium axial forces, and are wear-resistant despite possible vibrations. They exhibit high insensitivity to misalignment and shock loads.
- Radial cylindrical roller bearings are extremely load-bearing and very rigid. In addition to high radial forces, cylindrical roller bearings can also accommodate axial forces when used as support or fixed bearings. The transmission of the radial load occurs via the raceways.
