With its ABEG® eXtreme product family, Findling Wälzlager offers high performance that is paired a longer service life and fast delivery times at a very good price/performance ratio. One of the four available series is Xclean: Deep-groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, thrust bearings, needle-roller bearings and numerous other series are suitable for use in damp, corrosive or aggressive chemical environments.

Deep groove ball bearings with "electric motor quality" – this is how many providers market their products. Upon closer inspection, the term does not actually mean much since there are no precisely formulated, cross-manufacturer criteria for it. The comprehensive features of Findling Wälzlager’s Xspeed deep-groove ball bearing illustrate which properties are actually important and that a "noise test" is not enough.

High-speed applications require the tightest tolerances, minimal quantities of lubrication, low frictional torque, and high-purity roller bearing greases. In addition to the load caused by high speeds, the resulting increased heat development should also be taken into account. Housing bearings for heavy-duty applications are now also available as part of the Findling’s special Xforce product range. They can also handle high loads and rough ambient conditions and are therefore optimally suited for use in conveyor systems, construction machinery, plant construction, agriculture or classic heavy engineering, for example.

Extremely hot or particularly cold: Not a problem for the latest addition to Findling’s ABEG® eXtreme series. The Xtemp bearings, which will be available soon, are adapted to extreme operating conditions, particularly when it comes to the factors of materials, lubrication, and sealing.

For roller bearing applications with special requirements under extreme operating conditions, there are now products that were previously not available in this form: efficient, long-lasting, and simultaneously economical and available on short notice.
